He will often appear in the hallway staring at the player. If he appears there the player must imediately close the door to avoid a jumpscare, neglecting it will cause Thomas to jumpscare the player. You can tell if Thomas is still there or if he left: the light will be a bit darker if Thomas is still there and brightened if he is not.

He'll start moving on Night 1. He first appears on The Train Depot Camera and Then A Bunch Of Different cameras Before Appearing In The Center Office Hallway. Neglecting to shine your light at him will cause an unwanted jumpscare.
